Beautiful and well maintained lobby (c) openigloo and common spaces. Our apartment (c) openigloo is big for a one (c) openigloo bed and ceilings make it (c) openigloo feel even larger. Lots of (c) openigloo storage. Friendly and capable staff. (c) openigloo Maintenance requests addressed very quickly (c) openigloo (often under an hour). Building (c) openigloo management also responds to emails (c) openigloo fairly quickly. Good package room (c) openigloo system (lockers and text system). (c) openigloo Nice roof deck and grill. (c) openigloo Appliances all work well. Heating (c) openigloo and cooling system works well (c) openigloo (wall unit) and is regularly (c) openigloo serviced. No issues with pests (c) openigloo whatsoever. Decent gym (and very (c) openigloo cheap). No major issues over (c) openigloo 3+ years of living here.
Cons:
Being on a lower floor, (c) openigloo we have a good amount (c) openigloo of street noise (and recently (c) openigloo strong cigarette smell). Immediate area (c) openigloo is very busy (on same (c) openigloo block as Katz's so lots (c) openigloo of tourists) and night life (c) openigloo can be a lot. Heaters (c) openigloo noisy during winter
