Terrible - don’t live here

Pros

Location. That’s about it.

Terrible plumbing; package thieves; heat and gas went out while I was there - gas was out for months so we couldn’t cook; had a leak from above that was not dealt with so developed mold in my closet - my shelf completely fell down one day; despite the obvious evidence of water damage they told me no leak was present
