Good amenities, good location, units feel very private and are well designed.

Cons

If you have loud neighbors you'll definitely know, crying kids, loud phone calls etc.

The building itself is great. Apartments are very nice and area is wonderful

Cons

The management company is horrible. Nick and dime you for everything. Make you feel bad if you have a question about an invoice. Very non-responsive to emergencies.

Advice to the owners

Fire everyone that works in your management office and start over.
