Clean quiet building, never had any pest issues

Heat was not consistent with high heat in during warm times and no heat at colder times

Gorgeous location and neighborhood. Building renovation being done. Free pest control.
Cons
It’s ok. Laundry room inefficient. Lots of new young people changing the vibe of the building. 3 new units of bratty and catty college students moved in since 2024 which has changed the atmosphere of the building. First floor students constantly partying in the outdoor space which is loud. Newer residents leave trash in the hallway, store belongings there and treat it as a dorm. There is no consistent cleaning of the hallways and most won’t bend up to pick up things they dropped. One smokes pot in the building constantly stinking the surrounding units and stomps like an elephant. I’ve been here for more than 5 years and this is my least favorite year so far. Cats are allowed no dogs. One resident has a dog that runs loose in the hallways and jumps on people. Not my favorite year due to residents
