Great with quirks

Updated appliances, tall ceilings, large living room area, exposed brick

Cons

Building leaks in the stairwell almost everytime it rain, water takes a while to heat up, heaters are really loud and clanky

Responsive management but bad garbage

Pros

Management was always very responsive and prompt with issues with the apartment and service requests. No major pest issues. Utilities were not excessively expensive.

Cons

Packages are often stolen. The door code box didn’t work for a long time. The garbage is poorly managed. I’m not sure if that’s a tenant or a management issue, but it often got to be really gross and piled high with trash outside the bins.
