This building has so much potential to be Nicer!

Pros

The area is OK and definitely diverse Building is one of the nicer buildings in the neighborhood. Lots of college students Friendly neighbors

Cons

The rent controlled Family in apt 2A has been in the building 20+ years. They take over the building. They are always leaving stuff in the hallway, slamming their apt door, screaming in the hallway, the elderly woman and daughter run up and down the stairs at all hours of the day and night and they sit outside the building all summer long with chairs intimidating newly arrived Market Rate paying tenants. The family is constantly screaming in and out of the building with no regard to other residents. Me and other neighbors have complained about this and nothing is done. You have kids playing basketball in the hallways and management is not on Top of these complaints.

Advice to the owners
