Mostly fine, some typical city issues
Pros
Great location, lots of space in unit, rent stabilized
Cons
Heavy renovations of empty units the past few years have been loud and presented some pest issues. More like bad timing than poor current management, but lots of issues with the building were uncovered in the past year which created issues in my unit - such as pests and plumbing reconstruction.
