Clean building, quiet area, poor management response

• Building is generally clean • Quiet neighbors • Normal, calm residential area • No major issues if you maintain cleanliness inside your apartment
Cons
• Owner/management is very unresponsive • Heating system is unreliable and does not work properly in winter • Apartments can get extremely cold without additional heating • Maintenance requests (including wall damage) have gone unanswered for years • Lower floors can be problematic if cleanliness is not strictly maintained
Advice to the owners
Improve responsiveness to tenant emails and maintenance requests, especially regarding heating and structural issues. Address long-standing repairs in a timely manner and ensure the heating system works properly during winter.
