Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by Amir Shriki reflect significant concerns regarding management practices. Tenants frequently mention issues with unresponsiveness and poor pest control, particularly regarding mice infestations, which seem pervasive across multiple units. While many reviewers appreciate the building staff's friendliness, an inconsistent management team has left residents feeling neglected. Despite the attractive locations and amenities, ongoing construction, noise, and fluctuating heating situations present substantial drawbacks. Overall, potential renters should weigh the appealing aspects against the frequent management challenges and pest problems reported by current and past tenants.

Great apartment location

Pros

Location, Apartment itself and building staff are great

Pros

The building staff are fantastic. The doormen and porters are incredibly kind and helpful and make a real effort to know the residents.

Cons

Constant and ongoing construction as the new owners are converting all studios to one bedrooms when they become available. There is a rodent problem and heat and air conditioning go out often because of pipes bursting. Management company is difficult to get ahold of.
