extremely incompetent and disrespectful management

great location, well maintained building, laundry in building, large outdoor courtyard
Cons
management does not pick up calls. they are extremely incompetent and rude. they act like they are doing a huge favor to tenants by only pricing a leaking studio for $3500! crazy rent increases, water pressure is bad and clogs up my filters super fast, leak in ceiling was never fixed, instances of brown water from faucets. too bad, because the building is well maintained.
Advice to the owners
maite is incompetent whilst acting like replying to your email is doing you a huge favor. treat your tenants with basic respect, and grow some common-sense.

Yuco Mgmt is the worst landlord/mgmt co I've ever dealt with in NY. Slow response times to everything (incl. when heat went out for weeks during the dead of winter) and crazy rent hikes
