Love it here!

Pros

Clean and reliable. Small but easy, trash management is amazing. Basement with amenities is kept pretty nice and clean.

Cons

Roof could use some work but overall been great. If you are on the Hart st side the neighbors can play music late at night, but overall the noise control in this building is great.

Invest more in the roof!
