Bare minimum living facilities
Pros
Friendly neighbors, quiet area, near local restaurants and parks. Package locker was handy.
Cons
Constant lapses in heat and hot water, specially in the winter. Spent entire cold front without heat, shivering in apartment. Forced to go multiple days with ice-cold water only. Laundry in building but machines to buy laundry cards are not maintained, so new tenants unable to use the basement laundry unless previous tenant left behind their card. Rats and large roaches in basement were commonplace. Spent whole year without gas.

Pros
Fairly Clean, Good Community.
Cons
Super is inconsistent but nice and building management is hard to get a hold of. Language barrier. Elevator constantly breaking. Management terrible.
Advice to the owners
Sell the building, You are not doing a good job.
