Fine building but management is useless
Pros
The building is in a good location, on the corner so gets a lot of sunlight, renovated, neighbors are nice
Cons
YHT MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT !! Water heater was replaced recently and caused a gas leak, building had no hot water for 5 days and management was completely useless in fixing it. Also basement units have flooded multiple times!
Advice to the owners
Please hire staff who are actually responsive and care about the tenants in the building. Your staff is extremely dismissive and treat tenants like a nuisance when we reach out about the (many) maintenance requests needed in the building.

Pros
Central AC, control your own heat, close to several subway lines
Cons
Washer dryers never worked, had mice problems and it took several phone calls to have management take it seriously. I also HATE the kitchen cabinets with hinges at the top. They broke often and I had to balance the door on my head to get anything out of them.
Advice to the owners
Listen to tenets that come with problems and take them seriously even if they are young.
