Poor sound proofing. Can always hear people outside and also walking above. Mice and cockroaches in apartment. Had no hot water for 5 days straight in winter - couldn't even shower Super cannot ever be contacted - sent over 25 texts in a 2 year period with 0 responses total Took 3 month to replace stove that wasn't working Can rarely reach management office for issues Butterflymx virtual doorman constantly breaks

Upon receiving the keys for the first time the toilet was used and not flushed, dirty water from all the pipes and the shower clogged, AC was on 60 but felt like 80. Horrible urine smell in the hallway that seeps into the rooms. Dried cement and paint on the windows and floors. Nothing was cleaned and we were promised new appliances but most if not everything is used. No cameras in the hallways, walls need to be repainted and fire sign is broken. The realtor acted like he didn't know the owner changed the keys to ensure we did not get to view the apartment before giving the first check. When we have complaints, we have to go through the landlord's agent who will take responsibility for nothing.
