Nothing but a headache

Cons

No heat my kids got pneumonia.The son,Kenneth likes to threaten the tenants.He once turned off a tenants lights from the basement cause he was upset with her . The building is infested with mice from the garden of garbage.Save yr self time and court fees

Toxic Landlord and Hazardous Building

Pros

- large, inexpensive apartments

Cons

Building was falling apart. Sewage leaking from public lobby ceiling. Landlord repeatedly harassed tenants including physical altercations and letter writing campaigns. Felt very unsafe for the entirety of my 5 year stay.

Advice to the owners

Sell building to responsible owner.
