Great location but be prepared for max annual rent hikes

Pros

Great location; they got a new super a little over a year ago and he is great! Way cleaner.

Cons

I've had mice for the 2 years I've been here (4th floor), they come and go. They have exterminator come but have not resolved the mice issue unfortunately. Mgt also does max rent increases every year, so be prepared for that.

Super is friendly, apartment is fairly big for the price

Cons

Lots of small problems with the apt - no venting in the bathroom, oven doesn't work, mold, missing light covers, etc.
