Reviews

Former tenant·1 minute ago

wonderful apartments, bad street noise

Pros

amazing access to nyc, no issues with pests/insects, renovated apartments, in-unit w/d and a/c, big rooms and huge kitchen space

Cons

noise levels are unfortunately quite bad due to the 8th ave street, package deliveries can occasionally get missed if no one is in the building to let them in

Advice to the owners

please install a virtual doorman such that packages can be delivered even if no one is home

Former tenant·Over 1 year ago

Overpriced for annoying area

Pros

Near all trains

Cons

Maintenance and repairs tooks forever. leaks in roof never got fixed after 2 years because of refusal of landlord to use an actual service. Location is on fast food row. All uber eats drivers block the road and sidewalk.
