Decent place to live
Pros
Building is clean and safe. Landlord is easily reachable. Good area. Exterminator available once a month.
Cons
Garbage and laundry in same space, and you have to go outside and then use a key to get back inside to access that space. Only 2 laundry machines, which are old and coin operated. No on-site super. For a bit, had a problem with packages being stolen.
Great Building and Unit
Pros
It’s so quiet you can hear a pin drop, the neighbors are really lovely too. Building seems to be well-maintained in regards to cleanliness and trash management by the super. Bigggg spacious bedroom and true one-bedroom, bigger than some studios I have come across. Cats allowed, no dogs except for one woman who has been grandfathered in to the building before the new landlord.
Cons
Hardwood floors creak pretty badly depending on the area you step on, I find cockroaches often even with a monthly exterminator
