Flawed but Worth the Rent
Pros
In the three years I’ve lived there I’ve only had one package stolen and it was caught on camera, there are Bluetooth speakers in every room, there is a lot of space in the kitchen, hardwood floors are nice, for ground/basement floor the natural lighting isn’t too bad, laundry room and garbage is right outside the door down the hallway and it’s always clean and well managed.
Cons
Mosquitos in the summertime, I never open the windows because I am afraid but they still somehow get in. I have so many mosquito traps and keep my bedroom ice cold and door closed to prevent them from going in there but if you don’t get a dehumidifier, bug traps and keep the AC on it is a big problem. Once a year, during a terrible storm, the drainage from the laundry room has overflowed and flooded the entire first floor hallway and entry level and seeps through the doors of our apartment and floods the entire area. There is also black mold in the caulking of the bathtub, and in the bathroom walls on the bottom. Management is good with helping to get it cleared out but it does freak me out a bit and they have not resolved the bathroom yet.
Advice to the owners
Take our black mold and pest requests seriously and help with longer term solutions rather than putting a bandaid on these issues.
There's neon lights in the restroom you can't change the color

Never had a pest problem in the actual unit
Cons
Green neon lights in restroom and you can't change the color so it's pretty dark, not good lighting. Apparently there's raccoons in the garden at night so keep your pet safe.
