Nice Building, Loud Street
Pros
- high ceilings in the apartments - gym in building is a nice thing to have - the units are very nice and recently renovated - double paned windows help with bridge noise
Cons
- neighbors keep to themselves; didn’t have a community feel - doormen are nice but not as helpful as other buildings I’ve lived in - street is loud and noisy

Pros
I loved living here. The apartments are recently renovated and have great lighting. The building is well taken care of and the staff are some of the nicest people ever.
Cons
Units facing the street have a lot of noise from the bridge traffic, it’s 24/7. You eventually get used to it but it can be rough when WFH. The landlords also always raise the rent the maximum amount each year, even if that amount is higher than what the open units are going for. They will not negotiate the increased rents!!!
