Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of RENEE LASKER-managed buildings reveal significant management and maintenance concerns. Tenants frequently report poor cleanliness, inadequate garbage management, and slow or no responsiveness to repair requests. Pest control and noise issues are commonly noted, with some buildings described as neglected or having problematic tenants. While some apartments offer good space and heating, overall resident satisfaction is low, with complaints about security, unaddressed disturbances, and inconsistent upkeep. Positive feedback occasionally mentions friendly supers and decent locations, but persistent neglect and unsatisfactory landlord communication dominate renter experiences, suggesting cautious consideration before leasing in these properties.
