Loved living here

Pros

Quiet and nice neighbors (if you’re on the front of the building and not overlooking the back yard apt) Pest control sign up available (but didn’t need). Management is pretty responsive and take care of the units. Recently installed video intercom/buzzer

Pros

- quiet - accessible, great area with lots of good restaurants - well priced at the time - good management, responsive

- smoke alarm very sensitive - buzzer is super loud - small apartments and kitchen
