Well-managed building, quiet street and neighbors
Pros
Everything in the apartment was in good condition when I moved in. I haven't had to deal with the management much in terms of repairs but the few times I've had to, they've been responsive. The halls are clean too. I don't hear my neighbors often too.
Cons
The brick wall is flaking so there's a slow buildup from that that I usually have to clean up.

Good location, bad building
Pros
Great location Good water pressure, heat and distribution Fairly affordable
Cons
Dark apartments LOTS of pests (caught 10 mice in 1 year, and the exterminator provided by management did nothing to check where they would come in from) Fairly dirty hallways, and common areas Apartment was not cleaned or painted before I moved in
Advice to the owners
Take your pest control seriously
