Mice, Mice, Mice

Pros

Absolutely nothing at all, although the location to mass transit is good.

Cons

There have been mice here since I moved in. Management does nothing. The mice literally chew through the walls, and since I keep food locked up, they eat my clothing and plastic bags and my bedding.

Provident Management is a FRAUD

High ceilings, nice neighbors

Cons

HORRIBLE noise from across the street, especially on weekends, starting at 1AM. The police do nothing. Also,, the building is overrun by mice.

Pick up the phone and finally get back to me specifically related to an illegal rent controlled apt in this building
