Gross building with disrespectful neighbors

The apartment itself is nice

Cons

Building is gross and not well maintained. Neighbors are loud and disrespectful and leave trash all over the hallways. Disgusting place to live.

Advice to the owners

Get out the bad tenants and clean the building up. You could be getting more rent than you are if the place wasn’t such a dump.
