Decent apartment for the price.

Pros

Size of the unit was great. Also came with updated kitchen.

Cons

Pests. No control over heat. Landlord either runs it too hot or doesn't run it at all. Contact with landlord almost impossible.

Terrible landlord, not great building

Pros

Good location, respectful neighbors. Some units have nicer renovations than others. Great view from the roof

Cons

Landlord actively antagonizes tenants, super takes forever to respond, or often doesn't at all. Rats out front, cockroaches in many units. Renovations are done very poorly.
