Pros:
Nice doorman and maintenance staff; stress-free mail/package delivery; very quiet; polite neighbors
Cons:
It gets hot in the basement and elevators during the summer

I grew up in this building and neighbors became like family when I was a kid
Cons:
Nothing just wish I could go back to those times
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work and maybe you could rent to lower income individuals
