Good building, classic pre-war issues
Pros
Management is good, but there's a lot of issues due to an old pre-war building (mice, loud, cockroaches)
Cons
We lost heat a few times

Great Apartment Location
Pros
- Location - No serious issues in the building - Friendly neighbors
Cons
- Tiny bathroom with weird smelling water and bad water pressure - Pipes would get so hot in the winter you have to open the windows so you don’t boil to death (insulating the pipes helped)
