Pros

Great location near a handful of subways, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Responsive management and well-kept building. Not too many pest issues.

Cons

Pretty steep rent hikes annually without much room for negotiation. Outdated appliances and finishes.

Please be more financially flexible, especially towards your loyal tenants!
