Good neighbors, great super, expensive & small apartments
Pros
Neighbors are very nice, some have been in the building for a long time. Super lives in building, he's very accessible and helpful. Stairway is well lit. Had no issues with pests on higher floors.
Cons
PE Owners; priced us out (along with others) for apartments that are quite small. Not great lighting in the apartment.
Advice to the owners
Not raising rent 10%+

Pros
Great location near a handful of subways, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Responsive management and well-kept building. Not too many pest issues.
Cons
Pretty steep rent hikes annually without much room for negotiation. Outdated appliances and finishes.
Advice to the owners
Please be more financially flexible, especially towards your loyal tenants!
