Would live here again!

Pros

Large windows, laundry in unit, big rooftop, gym, package room

Cons

Lots of package theft, barely any delis or coffee shops nearby. Rooftop during the summer wasn’t cleaned regularly/ saw vomit up there multiple times.

Lived here 2 years - not the best, not the worst

Pros

The building itself is okay; the apartments are modern enough and it's kept clean

Cons

The management are super useless - they basically don't respond unless it's an urgent maintenance request and even then they don't always fix it. Also there is a event space under the building and they have loud events a lot.
