    quick access to subway, quiet (if not on subway side), decent amenities, great staff
    Cons:
    sometimes the commercial tenants are too loud on the ground floor

    No complaints (besides noise)

    Pros:
    Right next to a subway stop, super convenient.
    Doormen and super are great. Friendly, never had a package stolen. Never had any form of pest issue.
    Rent stabilized.
    Cons:
    The subway stop you're right next to is aboveground and super loud. As someone who works from home several days a week, I found it difficult to take meetings.
