Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews for buildings managed by Steven Fuchs reveal significant concerns regarding management quality. Tenants frequently cite poor cleanliness, ineffective pest control, and a lack of timely owner responsiveness. The resident super is often described as unhelpful or negligent, leading to ongoing maintenance issues and unsatisfactory living conditions. While the area is praised for its vibrant atmosphere and proximity to amenities, the overall sentiment indicates dissatisfaction with management practices that prioritize profit over resident well-being, making these buildings less appealing for prospective renters. Tenants strongly advise improvements to maintenance and tenant relations.
