Recent tenant feedback for buildings managed by Deda Gjonaj reveals significant management and maintenance challenges. Tenants frequently cite poor building cleanliness, inadequate garbage management, pest infestations, and heating issues. 2414 Belmont building

Pros

I like how they attempt to put Security cameras in use. I like how the super is never available or home 24/7. I like how they have pest control but no control over the pest. I also like how you never actually meet or talk to the landlord. I like the bakery next door.

Cons

1) Violations never taken care of 2) Too much heat where the walls leak from sweat and have to put ac on 3) Water leaks throughout apartment 4) Rodents infestation 5) Old appliance 6) Neighbors are rowdy 24/7 and dirty also not friendly 7) Animals/humans use bathroom in hallway 8) Animals/humans sleep in hallway 9) Building smells like smoke 10) No control over trash because it’s everywhere Literally 11) Landlord doesn’t pay coned on time 12) Be careful of lights going off in hallway 13) Broken front door and a fee for key 14) Animals/humans mating in hallway 15) Dogs and cats in backyard and parking lot 16) Strange lady yells and feed the stray cats 17) When raining dogs will be flooded and barking(dogs had been removed since new “super”) 18) No wifi except Optitum 19) No Deliveries or City inspection (Fed ex, Amazon, post office etc) 20) Neighbors are from Shelters, project, and prison cell put together 21) Small rooms/bathroom/kitchen/ normal size living room with fire escape attached 22) Thin walls 23) Shortage of outlets in rooms 24) Intercom doesn’t work 25) Helicopter surrounds building 26) Registered and unregistered sex offender’s in about each to every other apartment 27) Water pressure is too high or too low and it’s very hard to mix hot and cold water to make warm water and sometimes you don’t even get water Let’s not talk about the color

Advice to the owners

You got to do better this is not a place to live this is bad for business especially with children. I will feel safer living under the train tracks then to live in here.
