Great elevator building
Pros
Fairly clean building, fair rent, pricing, safe and secure area. The management company is really responsive and helpful.
Cons
Garbage was always an issue because tenants would over stuff the cans and the washer/dryer didn’t always work

Pros
Quick response times to maintenance Quiet building with lovely neighbors Washer/Dryer in building Elevator in building Communal spaces are well kept
Cons
When moving the unit was not cleaned and filled with tools and equipment Occasional maintenance needs (handles falling off) No ventilation in the bathroom
Advice to the owners
The garbage space is tiny for all of us and needs to be handled more than once a week.
