The garbage area and the outside are kept clean

Cons

Crackhead sleep in the building when it's cold The heater sounds like gunshots at all hours of the day and night , get ready to be woken up. Crazy neighbors , making noise in apartments,parties out side etc Drug dealers parked right out side . The apartments have high levels of lead in the walls The washing machine in the basement take your money but don't always work Water can get burning hot .

Pros

Love how close to both subways this building is, close to many shops as well. The location is perfect the building is well maintained for a NYC building. Quiet building as well only in the summer you see a couple people outside

Cons

Noise level is bad neighbors are loud and annoying and always in your business

Advice to the owners

Maybe try adding a mailroom
