Pros:
Management is really responsive, cozy, great price and location.
Cons:
The rooms are kinda disproportionate in size with one room only able to fit a full bed and a small piece of furniture

Pros:
Well constructed building with good sound isolation between apartments, high grade appliances, great central a/c and heat system. All the exposed brick is great, and the building management team was always extremely responsive.
Cons:
Street noise (but that is expected for living on Grand St)
Advice to owner:
Building superintendent could clean the entry-way/stairs more often during Fall/Winter.

Pros:
The landlords are super responsive and were very quick to fixing any issues we had. We were good tenants and paid rent on time and they wrote use good letters of recommendations for future apartments. They even gave us a Christmas present. It’s a good place to live if you have normal standards. It was our first apartment in nyc and was a great fit. The price is reasonable.
Cons:
It is an old building so there is some grime and dirt. Bathrooms are a little dingy. But you pay for the quality.
No light in the living room

Pros:
Only pro is that there are only three units in the entire building
Cons:
Ants, insects in the room, hallways never cleaned, snow is never shoveled, rodent infestation, mice infestation, mailboxes broken, stairs broken
Advice to owner:
Renovate entire apartment because everything is outdated

Just fine for a short time

Pros:
Everyone in the building is nice if you even see them. There’s a cool yard that some cool kids who lived there before fixed up. The super is nice. Great spot in bushwick.
Cons:
Pests. Roaches, rats, mice. They’re not everywhere but enough to stay vigilant on a late night walk to the bathroom. The super fixes everything himself.
Advice to owner:
You’re not going to take my advice anyway.
