Pretty decent building

Pros

Landlord is pretty available and responsive. Building is in the best location tbh, biggest upside.

Cons

Super is difficult tbh. Hard to get a hold of and unclear/rude. Packages get stolen very frequently. Ground floor is cold in winter.

Pros

Really great price and management company for the area. Always super responsive and helpful if anything needed to be fixed.

Cons

Super was a bit rude but otherwise was a great place to live!
