Don’t waste your time

There are no pros to living here.
Cons:
The building is always dirty. Wreaks of cigarettes and weed all the time. At one point there were people sitting in the staircase smoking. There’s always food, chips bags, garbage, broken glass bottles and blood the hallways and staircases. Noise levels are bad. If you are looking for some peace and quiet, this is not the place to live. The owner of the company, Lucille and her brother Rob, prefer to screw with their tenants rather than actually do their job and maintain the property. They claim they exterminate the building once a month when in reality they only exterminate the hallway. They give you a hard time every time you make a maintenance request. There are rats near the garbage area. When you make complaints, they do nothing. They just give you the run around. Owner of the company, Lucille, screams at people on the phone, threatens her tenants and also likes to bully and badger her tenants. The first time I made a maintenance request she was very rude, nasty and disgusting to speak to. I asked her who are you to be speaking to me like that and she started yelling and screaming at me over the phone that she is the owner of the company like a child throwing a temper tantrum. This woman needs a serious psych evaluation. I was only requesting maintenance. For the past 4 years, still to this day, they give nothing but problems. This woman is so horrendously awful the way she demands respect and wants appreciation and admiration from her tenants. The way she wants attention from her tenants so bad is actually disgusting. Her whole life is probably bashing tenants and talking about them. I can tell she has no life or friends outside her business. They are also nepo babies, and nepo babies, majority of the time, have no consideration and lack an awareness. Not everyone has things handed to them. Not everyone grows up rich. Not everyone has time to sit around and participate in whatever games you play because your bored in your office.

Seek professional help.

Bed bugs, roaches, human decomposition and lies.

The apartment layout is nice.
Cons:
The landlord regularly breaks the law. For years they sprayed illegal substances instead of dealing with a roach and bedbug infestation. Nepo contractor babies without a basic understanding of the law expect you to pay rent for a unit that isn’t inhabitable. Will retaliate because they are so stupid.
Advice to owner:
Nothing. You shouldn’t own buildings so advice is pointless.
