This place is terrible

Cons

We had roaches. It's small. The Elevator does not work. The package room attendant is inappropriate. The fridge doesn't stay shut, even when empty. I have to submit a maintenance request weekly. Juliard kids, so usually hear them practicing. The street is noisy, right next to housing projects, and someone was killed there. Also there is mold -- I asked them to fix it and they paint over it. Did I mention the roaches? I hate this place!
