Generically Nice Stay, would recommend

Pros

- Have lived here for 3 years and the location is still pretty good - Clean, well maintained common areas - Beautiful rooftop - Generally good location (except for noise)

Cons

- Very noise due to two-way traffic on 23rd Street - Staff unable to help with serious repairs - ConEdison seems to perform unending roadwork on the 23rd Street and 2nd avenue intersection

Advice to the owners

- Please have your staff address small repairs in the apartment - Units need better sound proofing

Super is kind of strict but staff is great overall, had issues with A/C unit
