Attentive management, nice prewar

Pros

The building management lives in the building and is responsive quickly to any issues. They are proactive with maintenance needs and the building is well maintained for a prewar building. Neighbors are quiet and friendly too!

Cons

87th street facing side doesn’t get a ton of natural light. Rent is payed via check and can’t be done electronically.
