The super is very attentive Building is relatively clean
Cons
Heat in the winter is sparse Basement/laundry room could be better kept Washers and dryers are shared with the 3 buildings and occasionally breakdown(this is the laundry company’s responsibility)

Location is very convenient, the superintendent is amazing
Cons
Management is terrible, they lie about fees and are unresponsive. They tried to threaten me with something that I knew was illegal, but when you're stressed about moving, it can be difficult to call someone's bluff - I had an issue with my bank and tried to fix it immediately and they told me if I didn't sort it out before the end of the business day, they were going to throw my lease away, despite me having already signed it and putting down a deposit. They also threatened to charge me for having to reschedule an apartment viewing when I had COVID. Would not recommend.
Advice to the owners
Fire whoever is managing the property at Landmark, he is extremely rude and aggressive and is going to get you all sued.
