Clean and modern building with a good location in Midtown West. Close to public transportation, grocery stores, and walking distance to Hudson Yards. The building itself is generally quiet, has secure entry, and maintenance usually responds in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, it’s convenient and well kept.
Cons
Units are very small, especially for families or anyone needing more space. Storage is limited and layouts are not very flexible. Communication with management can sometimes feel slow or unclear, especially when asking about transfers or unit options. Amenities are minimal for the price point.
Advice to the owners
Improving communication with tenants and offering clearer options for unit transfers or upgrades would make a big difference. More family-friendly considerations and better use of space would greatly improve the living experience.
