roaches and drain flys, street noise from Bedford Ave (BEWARE, on the fire departments route. They go by roughly every hour.)

deep cleaning apartments between leases and finding the root of bug infestatoin

Amazing location, many apartments newly renovated, and super is responsive,

No laundry and have had some water bugs
