Easy rent payment across the street

Cons

Buzzer and intercom does not work for months at a time, so packages are bounced. Packages received often stolen. Mice and rodents everywhere. Dirty hallways.

Fix the intercom and get rid of the rodents,

Good sunlight Nice management No problems with super, but didn’t really interact with them

Hallway always smells Once a week I’ll see a cockroach Occasionally, residents with throw out trash all at the same time and it will overflow, but the supper will take care of it within the next 24 hours
