The building could use a remodel, they decide randomly when they want to replace flooring in the lobby of the building it makes no sense and they will do one little portion and leave the rest as it was before, just looks awful. This particularly make it clear that the owner of this building has no interest in making the lives of tenants easier. you move in, this is what you get. the do not respond to requests in a timely manner and residents in the building skew younger and act even younger than they are.
