Pros
Solid building, easy walk to Montrose L stop. Frequent issues that took multiple calls to maintenance to fix. Tiny kitchen. In unit washer dryer and central air is +.
Cons
In a strange area.
Advice to the owners
Try it out. Fix aging equipment.

Clean, modern fixtures, terrible insulation and super high heat bills, broken laundry machine
Pros
tasteful and aesthetically pleasing apartment fixtures, hallways are pretty clean, HVAC AC and Heat, good location, roof access
Cons
windows are terribly insulated so heat bill is extremely high, washing machine does not clean, dryer does not dry, management previously unresponsive to requests but have improved greatly, thin walls/ceiling + loud/disrespectful neighbors (constant banging on ceiling and being woken up to by loud music)
