WORST MANAGEMENT AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

Where do I begin!?! The building is filthy, hasn’t been cleaned in almost a decade. Trash is piled in the entry , no heat in the winter, poor water pressure when someone runs the water in another unit, holes in the ceilings and along the floors, cracked tiles because they did a horrible renovation after the building caught on fire, they keep trying to push the rent controlled tenants out, nothing is ever fixed properly and the landlord doesn’t do anything to improve the living conditions.
Advice to the owners
Do better. All of your buildings have the same issues
