Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of buildings managed by David Hakakian reveal a concerning trend regarding maintenance and management responsiveness. Tenants frequently cite issues with heat and pest control, particularly highlighting persistent infestations and unreliable hot water supply. Many reviews emphasize the need for urgent repairs and better communication from the landlord. Despite some attractive aspects, potential renters should be cautious about these ongoing issues that compromise living quality in these properties.
