Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent tenant feedback about buildings managed by David Hakakian reveals consistent issues with maintenance and pest control. Tenants frequently report problems such as broken boilers leading to inadequate heating and hot water, poor garbage management, and persistent pest infestations including bedbugs and rodents. Management responsiveness is generally perceived as slow or ineffective, contributing to dissatisfaction. While some appreciate the neighborhood locations and friendly neighbors, these positives are overshadowed by unresolved infrastructure problems. Rent stabilization status varies, but overall, renters advise management to prioritize timely repairs, improve cleanliness, and address pest issues to enhance living conditions and tenant satisfaction.
