Great building, poor management

Pros:
Location, size, and basic renovation.
Cons:
Management company is lazy AF. Rats in the building, flies in our apartment.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants. Our lives are busy: We don't complain for no reason. Care, or get out of the building management business.
